A graduate of SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Environmental Science, Lisa came to Aspen in the summer of 1994. Only intending to stay for the summer, Lisa immediately fell in love with the beauty of Aspen, its surroundings and the mountain lifestyle. Her passion for the outdoors has not only kept her an Aspen local for the past nineteen years, she is now blessed to raise her own family here.

Lisa has been involved in aspen real estate for the past 17 years, learning and building her business from the ground up. She has taken part in all aspects of the real estate business including sales, long and short term rentals, and vacation rentals. Lisa created the thriving rental division for Whitman Fine Properties which contains an inventory of over 50 homes, and counting! She also has a proven track record in real estate sales. Her expertise lies in her extensive knowledge and familiarity with the active real estate market, and what makes a sound investment property. Because of her experience in both sales and rentals, Lisa is able to give her clients the most comprehensive analysis of current real estate trends and can match a client to that perfect property whether it be for a week, a month, or a lifetime.

A loving mother of two children, Lisa’s love for the outdoors and fitness is reflected in her numerous hobbies. In the summertime you can find her taking to the trails via foot or mountain bike, or pedaling the beautiful roads of the Roaring Fork Valley on her road bike. In the winter, telemark and skate skiing are predominant, but most enjoyable are the days spent ice skating or sledding with the family. A dedicated member of Aspen Crossfit, Lisa knows the importance of the Aspen Idea of a balanced mind and a balanced body.
